As far as promotions go, it’s hard to match the amount of participant engagement that comes with the classic “code word” format. An example of this type of promotional format is on full display with the new WE TV Mama June Watch Within Sweepstakes. Those who are interested in taking a shot at winning the $5,000 Grand Prize can enter after watching the premiere airings of Mama June: From Not To Hot each week. During the airings a secret code word will be shown which must be used when completing the online promotion registration form. In addition to the code word, the form must also be completed with a name, email address, phone number, zip code, and cable provider (why in the world the provider is required is anyone’s guess). Prior to submitting the registration form participants will have the opportunity to check a box to sign up to receive the WE TV Newsletter.
The Meat and Potatoes of the WE TV Mama June Watch Within Sweepstakes
- Begins January 12th, 2018 and runs nearly 2 months before closing on March 6th, 2018
- Open to legal residents of the United States (and DC) who are at least 18 years of age
- The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the amount of entries (seems logical)
- The random drawing to decide the winner will be held on or around March 6th, 2018
- There is a limit of 1 secret code word per person for each of the weekly entry periods
It is important to point out that code words WILL NOT be shown during repeat airings of the show (better watch live or at the very least DVR it!).
