- The contest kicks off on February 1, 2016 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and comes to a close on January 31st, 2017 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (Promotion Period)
- The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States (including Washington DC) and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (Quebec residents excluded)
- There will be a total of 12 drawing periods throughout the course of the sweepstakes with the drawing winners being rewarded with a $1,000 Talbots gift card
- It is extremely important that prize winners respond to the winning notification within 3 calendar days or their prize may be forfeited
- Prizes will be attempted to be fulfilled within 2-4 weeks from the date the prize is claim be the verified winner
