Anyone who fancies themselves as an avid bird watcher likely has their heart set on attending the 2018 L.L. Bean Birding Festival in Freeport, ME. Those who agree may be interested to learn that the financial burden of making such a trip could become a little easier (as in FREE) thanks to the Wildlife Acoustics’ Song Sleuth With Sibley Sweepstakes. The process of entering the sweepstakes can be initiated by going to the Sweepstakes Song Sleuth page and completing an online registration form with a name, email address, and zip code. Prior to hitting the Send button participants are required to check a box to confirm hat the Official Rules have been read and are agreed to. A second optional box is also presented that allows participants to sign up to join the available email lists. Those who want to make good on the agreement to read and agree to the Official Rules can do so by clicking the Sweepstakes Official Rules link posted under the entry form at the Sweepstakes Song Sleuth page.

- Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia
- Begins December 1st, 2018 and rolls along well into next year before closing March 1st
- Participants must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry to be eligible
- The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize birding trip comes to $3,450.00
- The random drawing to decide the winner will be held on or around March 15th, 2018
Anyone who enters the contest should save the dates of May 25th, 2018 through Mat 28th, 2018 in the event they win the trip to attend the L.L.
