Every so often a sweepstakes will require participants to upload a photo in order to register. This often overlooked method is not only a great way to enhance participant engagement but also goes a long way towards promoting the item behind sold by the sponsor. An example of this type of promotion is on display with the new sweepstakes from Sunny D in which a photo must be uploaded that includes an image of the product along with a caption describing how it brings sunshine into the participant’s day (who wouldn’t view Sunny D in a positive light after viewing such photos??). Those who are interested in getting signed up can begin by going to the Sunny D Sunny Days registration page and completing a brief online form with a photo caption, first name, last name, and email address. Prior to completing the registration form a box must be checked to confirm the participant agrees to the Official Rules and is at least 18 years of age. There is also an optional box posted under the entry form at the Sunny D Sunny Days page that can be checked to receive offers from Sunny D.
Taking a Highlighter (Preferably a Yellow One) to the Official Rules
- Runs almost 3 months beginning March 9th, 2018 and ending on May 31st, 2018
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 (including D.C.)
- The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to either Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA
- In addition to the Grand Prize there will be 12 Weekly Prize packages awarded
- The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes set to be awarded is $19,800.00
Those who happen to have a Twitter and/or Instagram account can opt to upload the photo using one of the two social media platforms. In order to participate using social media the From Twitter or From Instagram buttons will need to be selected prior to filling out the registration form. Those who wish to go over the complete set of rules surrounding the promotion can do so by clicking the Official Rules link found at the bottom of the Sunny D Sunny Days page (a little due diligence never hurt anyone!). The names of the prize winners can be confirmed by sending a written request to 26 Patriot Place Suite, 104 Foxboro, MA 02035.
