  • Make a change to an existing travel arrangement online after retrieving reservation
  • Reservations will need to be retrieved using a confirmation or credit card number

Southwest customers that need to make changes to their existing travel arrangements can now do so online through the Southwest Rebook 2 page.  To make the necessary changes customers will need to first retrieve their reservation by entering a confirmation number, passenger first name, and passenger last name.  Travelers that cannot find their confirmation number can opt to retrieve their reservation through use of the credit card number of the card the purchase was made with (link to this reservation retrieval method is posted on the Southwest Rebook 2 page).  Once the reservation is located customers will be able to move froward with making the needed changes.
