Raymours TCPA Settlement: Key Facts

It appears the cased called Borecki v. Raymours Furniture Company, Inc. is drawing to a conclusion as both parties have recently come to settlement terms. The $4.25 MILLION settlement will resolve allegations that the Defendant sent telemarketing text messages to cell phones without permission. Meanwhile, those who plan to file by mail must make sure the correspondence is post-marked no later than the June 22nd filing deadline.
