To take a shot at winning the Grand Prize of one meal per week for an entire, year customers will need to grab their purchase receipts and go to the PepperJax Feedback page. Once at the survey page a state, city, store, and date will need to be entered in order to begin the survey.
Getting a Firmer Grip on the PepperJax Grill Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes
- The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (residents of District of Columbia are included)
- There will be a total of 4 Quarterly Survey Periods with a drawing being held at the end of each to determine the Grand Prize winner
- The Grand Prize of one years worth of PepperJax meals has an Approximate Retail Value of $625 and is awarded in the form of a gift card
