After registering at the Music City Sweeps O’Charley’s page participants will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes portion of the promotion. Those who want to earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes along with Instant Win Game plays can do so by saving their receipt from a purchase at an O’Charley’s restaurant. The code found on the receipt can be entered online to receive 35 additional entries into the Sweepstakes and 36 Instant Win Game plays. Those who feel compelled to find out who won the prizes can request a list of the winners by sending a written request that must be received on or before June 2nd, 2017.
