All places of business, ranging from local fruit stands to nationwide grocery chains, would be wise to pay close attention to any and all feedback provided by a customer base.  Somewhere occupying the vast space in between these two extremes is a regional grocery store called The Fresh Grocer.  Regardless of its size, the small grocery chain appears to have a firm grasp on the HUGE importance of customer feedback as evidenced by the online survey available at the Fresh Grocer Feedback page.  Customers who wish to provide a thought or two about a recent store experience can begin by entering the 4 digit store number shown on the receipt or survey invitation.  Once the number has been entered the Start button can be clicked to move forward with the online survey (enough with the formalities time to get down to the nitty-gritty!).  More information about what data will be collected and how it will be used can be learned by clicking the Privacy Policy link posted at the bottom of the Fresh Grocer Feedback page.
