Australia Post customers that have recently made a shipment or product purchase should pay close attention to their receipts as they just may be holding the key to unlocking $1,000 worth of gift cards.  Lucky customers that scan their receipts and find a promotional message with a unique receipt number should rush to the nearest computer and go directly to the Aus Post My Visit page to complete a simple online customer feedback survey.  After the survey has been completed customers will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a lip-smacking $1,000 worth of gift cards.

Taking a Magnifying Glass to the Australia Post Customer Feedback Program

  • To be eligible to score the $1,000 prize customers will need to make sure they complete the survey within 1 of 4 promotional periods
  • Promotional periods are as follows: November 9th through 22nd 2015, January 11th through 24th 2016, March 7th through 20th 2016, and May 9th through 22nd 2016
  • Entry at the Aus Post My Visit page is open to all Australian residents that are at least 18 years of age or have consent of their parents or guardians
  • Only 1 survey per valid receipt number per month will be accepted during the promotional period
  • Draws will take place at 3 PM on November 25th 2015, January 27th 2016, March 23rd 2016, and May 25th 2016 with the winners being notified by phone within 2 days
  • Australia Post may conduct further draws for prizes left unclaimed for 3 months after the initial draw
