Many customers don’t have a problem providing some honest feedback as long as a chance to win $500 is received in exchange for their thoughts.  Those who have recently stepped out of a TJ Maxx store should check their purchase receipts if they wish to move forward with such a proposition.  After navigating to the site shown on the receipt, the TJ Maxx feedback survey can be started by entering a survey number, date, and time.  Customers who are having problems locating any of the required information can refer to the sample image that highlights its exact location on the purchase receipt.  Those who would prefer to complete the TJ Maxx feedback survey in Spanish can do so by clicking the Español link found at the bottom left corner of the page.

A Look at the TJ Maxx Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes

  • The sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis starting on February 1st, 2017 and lasting through the end of January 2018
  • Eligibility is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States (and DC) who are at least the age of majority in their state
  • Puerto Rico residents are eligible to participate but must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry in order to do so
  • The $500 prize for each of the 12 monthly sweepstakes periods will be awarded in the form of a TJ Maxx Store gift card
