How much money can I get? Depends on the amount of eligible claims made
How much is the settlement? A whopping $5,500,000
When should I file my claim? Anytime on or before August 28th, 2019
Is the settlement already approved? No, but hopefully at the hearing on October 31st, 2019
And if I’m not a fan of the settlement? File your exclusion no later than August 28th, 2019
A pre-recorded voice on the other end of the line is a source of frustration for most folks. As an illustration of just how far this frustration can go, let’s take a look at the recent PTZ TCPA Settlement. The settlement, if approved, will resolve claims that the Defendant used a pre-recorded voice to remind people about a 30 day “gift of insurance”. If you believe your eligible, you can submit a claim at the online filling page by clicking the File Claim tab.
You’ll need to file your claim no later than the August 28th, 2019 deadline
August 28th, 2019 is also the last day you can object or request exclusion
The final approval should take place at a hearing on October 31st, 2019
Payments ARE NOT automatic (in other words make sure you file!)
By the way, you can file through the mail as well. In order to do so, just complete the claim form and send it directly to the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator is also the place where you’ll want to send your request for exclusion (if you choose that route).

The amount of sugar and/or alcohol a beverage contains is something consumers pay close attention to. Therefore, it comes as no surprise to see a class action lawsuit filed when a group alleges a product has more of each than it claims on its label. If you believe you are impacted by the recent HA Hombucha Settlement you can begin a claim at the online settlement site by clicking the File a Claim Form Online tab.
More on the HA Kombucha Settlement
If you’re eligible you’ll receive $4 per purchase of an eligible Health-Ade Kombucha
The amount you can claim depends on whether you can provide proof of the purchase
If you can prove your purchases you can claim up to 20 (only up to 10 if you cannot)
The deadline for exclusion requests is the same as the claim deadline (August 27th)
If you don’t file a claim or request exclusion you’ll get nothing (avoid this outcome)

You must have been on the National Do Not Call Registry or Sirius’ internal list
You must have received solicitation calls from Sirius or on behalf of Sirius
Call dates? Anytime in between October 16th, 2013 and April, 26th 2019

When should I file? Right now! The claim filing period is currently open
**See the information within your class notice for full eligibility details
When you go to the length of adding yourself to the National Do Not Call Registry you likely expect NOT TO BE CALLED. However, sometimes those pesky solicitation phone calls still manage to seep through the cracks. For example, the Plaintiffs in the case called Buchanan v. Sirius XM Radio Inc. allege they received solicitation calls from Sirius even after they registered for the National Do Not Call Registry and/or Sirius’ Internal Do Not Call Registry. If you believe you are eligible for this settlement, you can begin by going to the online filing page and clicking the File Claim tab.
Free Service vs. Cash Payment: Things to Consider
Cash payment is estimated at $12 (not the biggest payment but at least it’s CASH)
The free service includes 3 months of Sirius XM’s All Access Subscription package
An All Access subscription includes more than 150 channels and online streaming
The overall retail value of the free subscription service from Sirius XM is around $81
What it boils down to: flexibility of the cash payment vs. the value of the free service
While on the topic of the compensation options, it should be pointed out that each has a different filing deadline. For instance, if you want the cash you must file no later than October 8th, 2019. Meanwhile, if it’s the free service you’re after, you must file by December 22nd, 2019. Either way, you can file online or through the mail.
Sirius XM DNC TCPA Settlement: Mail Filing

Mail the form to the Settlement Administrator
